I feel you, Tom. I feel that the algorithm is messed up due to the rise of AI. It has to be fixed. Medium needs to focus on improving the algorithm instead of wasting resource on Mastodon -- which I don't find interesting tbh. I am the chief editor of the biggest publication focused on Generative AI (link below) and yet Medium does not allow me to boost articles smh
