I agree that AI is progressing way too fast.

In less than a year we got:

Text-to-image : DallE2, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion

Text-to-video: CogVideo, Make-A-Video, Imagen Video

Text-to-3D: Dream Fusion

Not all are publicly available yet, but soon they will be. A lot of exciting and overwhelming AI news are coming in the next few months.
