I have been on Medium for almost a year now, but I noticed I have never published a story to introduce myself. I decided to create one.

So, Hi there. I’m Jim. It’s super nice to meet you.

I am a 29-year-old Software Engineer. I write codes 9–5 and either paint or write short-form stories in my spare time.

I was born and raised in the Philippines. Then I moved to Japan for work in 2017.

Why I’m Here?

• To improve my writing. As a non-native English speaker, I couldn’t tell if my writing is any good. Every time I compose and publish a story, I get conscious of someone laughing at it.
• To share interesting stuff about arts, technology, and life.
• Earn some $$
