Getting C++ Professional Programming Certified
I am writing this post because since the day I made a social media post about my certification, I have been getting messages from friends who wanted tips and stories about my journey into getting certified. So I made this write up in hopes that other people will find it helpful as well.
First of all, I am software engineer for more than 6 years now, working in the private sector and currently residing in Japan. For the most part of my career, I work on projects that mainly use C++ language. So in terms of familiarity, I am pretty confident that it’s covered by experience.
CPP (C++ Programming Professional) level requires you to pass the CPA (C++ Programming Associate) first. CPP is not an easy exam and needs a deep understanding about the fundamentals of the language. I will be sharing a few questions that I remember from the actual exam, so take some time to check them and gauge your ability with these questions.
