How to Start A Blogging Website with WordPress: A Step-by-Step Guide

Three days ago I launched my own blogging website https://jimmonge.com/

Frankly I have a very minimal knowledge about making websites and I try to spend as little money as possible. So I made my own research and create the website myself with help from services like NameHero, WordPress, and Envato. If you want t create the same blogging website as I did, follow along the step-by-step guide.

Step 1: Domain Name and Hosting

The first step is to get a Domain name and get it Hosted. The Domain name is the actual name of your website, like “jimmonge.com”. Usually website hosting services offer free domain names.

Head over to https://www.namehero.com/ and to get started with domain name and hosting.

Under Web Hosting tab, choose your preferred Web Hosting Plan. For a faster website, you can select Turbo Plan because it uses NVMe storage technology, but that of course depends on your budget.
