- How Medium is adapting to the fast-evolving landscape of AI, considering the platform's core philosophy of prioritizing human-driven stories and insights.

- Expansion of Medium's Partner Program to more countries is crucial. There are numerous talented writers who are still unable to monetize their hard work due to regional restrictions. I hope the discussions during Medium Day could shed some light on this concern.

- I would love to see recognition for writers who excel in their respective categories. Such acknowledgment could serve not only as a morale booster but also as a means to further encourage quality content creation.

- Any plans of rewarding top contributors with some form of incentives could further engage them with the platform and foster a sense of community? After all, these contributors play an integral part in making Medium what it is today.
